Godspeed Ari!
please don't resign Ari. We need you. Oh ARI! SAY IT AIN'T SO! :( You'll be sorely missed by all who have cheered your handling of inane questions and press core members who seemed compelled to bother you just to hear themselves on CNN! Best Wishes! Dear Mr. Fleisher, I understand that you are resigning and really hate to see you go. I think that you have done a marvelous job for our President and this country. Your successor has huge shoes to fill! Good luck in your new position where I am sure you will be a tremendous assett. I am crushed to hear of Ari's resignation! Ari, you are the man! I wouldn't be able to put up with Helen Thomas for one hour none the less a couple of years! You will be sorely missed. You da man! Ari, you've created a new standard for all future Press Secretaries to strive for. Congrats to you, on your fine example, and a job excellently done. Many, many will miss you at the podium. Wish you could have stayed a little longer. Good luck to you in your future endeavors. Sorry to learn that you will be leaving us, Ari. You're among the greats! You rank up there with my favorite P.S. Margaret Tutwiler. Run for office someday! Ari, I know you leaving us for the private sector, But I say "Ari for president"....I would have voted for you. Ari You have done such a good job .I will miss you .You are cool and at ease esp when you deal with Helen Thomas and she sure seems unhappy most of the time. Our Pres picked a good guy when he called you for duty/ Good luck to a good guy . I just read the news today that Ari Fleischer will be leaving his position in July. I must admit I am heart broken! He has truly done an incredible job and has always been able to put things into perspective not to mention that he has always been able to make a point clear and be able to explain a current situation to the point without trying to impress or be the center of attention which seems to be what most speakers/politicians do 24/7. I have been amazed at the way he presents the topics to the public in a way that reflects professionalism and honesty. During one of his press meetings shortly after 9/11 my daughter, who is Home Schooled, walked into the room just as it began. She sat quietly by my side and listened to what he had to say. As a Mom I was so proud to know that Mr. Fleischer was the person speaking to the press and into our homes. That day my daughter was able to let a lot of her fears subside after hearing this man speak with his honestly, to the point answers and the way he reflected his patriotism by his unwavering presentation. (Even with some of the stupid and often offending questions regarding the situation at hand) Thank you for coming into our homes and informing our nation with a professionalism and pride that can be so hard to find on TV today. You have impacted not only myself but my daughter. You have truly set a superb standard as a Press Secretary. I wish you well in what ever you choose to do and I am sure you will go far and succeed with a pride that many cannot. Your shoes will be hard to fill. May God bless you and be with you always! You are what the world needs......a good honest man. Congrats on being true to yourself and good luck on your new endeavors. You have done an exceptional job, and we will miss you when your gone! Best of wishes to you on your next endeavor, and God Bless you and your new wife! I was so sad this morning when I heard Ari was resigning. I think he is the BEST presidential spokesman I have ever heard. I tried to catch his morning briefing Monday thru Friday. I was so pleased to see and hear him. He is so very bright, extremely intelligent, and tremendously well prepared. I admire him greatly. My husband does also. He takes a beating at every press conference. I can't fault him for wanted to go to the private sector. I wish he and his new wife every happiness. Sorry to hear the Ari is leaving the Bush administration. Hopefully we will get to see him in his work in the public sector. He is the best! Thank you Ari for restoring integrity to the White House, you have done as much in this area as President Bush himself. You were in perhaps the greatest hotspot in America, dealing with public opinion and the media is often difficult, but you my friend handled it wisely. Do not let the media's loud mouth drown out the silent respect of the masses. The media is often cruel and they love to try to destroy greatness. You resounded the voice of the Presidency and an America that I am proud to be a part of. I wish you well in your new endeavor's. I am so sad, I really, really, liked him. I will truly miss him. Please reconsider. Best Press Secretary Washington ever had! My heart breaks that he's leaving but a Man's gotta do what a Man's gotta do... Good Luck Ari... Ari, I wanted to commend you on a job well done and good luck with your future endeavors. I admired your ability to "see" all angles when posing to answer a reporter's questions, so eloquently done with no room for some other interpretation! Best regards I'm a person that loves to party but is intrigued in politics. I know it seems ironic, but I admire your P.R. skills. Your choice of words you use on all your briefings are superb. I hate to see you leave the bush admin. but I also know its a stressful job right know in D.C. So good luck, write a book, and enjoy life. Ari -- we are sad to see you go! But kudos to you for realizing it's not healthy to a relationship to be apart so much from your new wife! We know you will continue to do well in all your future endeavors. Thanks for all your years of hard work and service! I must say-that in my home you are the person we turn to when we want updates on what is going on in the Nation's capital. We will miss seeing you each day -and wish you many happy and successful years away from the podium (hot seat). We can't wait to see where you pop up next! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to this country! Take Care and God Bless you! Ari, you rock. You've done a great job when those jerk ignoramuses in the press tried to make you and Bush look dumb, and I'm not sure that anyone will ever be as cool and smart enough to replace you. You will be missed. You have been the best thing for Mr. Bush, Perhaps I does not know what you have done and ment to him. Its sad to see you go, you are the reason I started to look TV when you were on, No one in the world can handle the press like you...You have done an outstanding JOB... Its time you take a rest...Good luck in all that you do!!!! God Bless You Dear Ari, Press briefings will be so boring without you. And please, please before you leave tell Helen Thomas what an idiot she is. Thank you. Ari, As a Canadian, but with strong ties to the U.S. of A. I will certainly miss your news briefings! Honest and convincing to say the least, one of a dying breed of truly believable "news" men. All the best in your new life! Ari! I will miss watching your updates and the way you so matter-of-factly handled the press. You never seemed flustered! Enjoy your break, and don't stay out of the limelight too long. We will all look forward to hearing about little Aris to come! I'm so sad after reading the headlines that you won't be at the White House any longer. My husband and I adore the way you are able to remain composed with a liberal press that chomps at the bit to catch the administration slipping up. Thank you, Mr. Fleischer, for providing us with timely, national-security-appropriate information (thereby helping the President); putting up with the often obnoxious press corps; and the frequent chuckles...and for being so cute!! Good luck with your new wife and your new life. Only one of multitudes who will miss you, :-) New York Senator Ari Fleischer sounds good to me. He would make a wonderful Senator and replace Hillary Clinton who is the worst Senator New York has had the misfortune to experience. I as a registered Democrat voted for the Republican candidate. Ari Fleischer has the makings of a great leader and his tenure as the Senator from New York would be wonderful for our state and for our city. If he has not considered running for the Senate, it is time we inspired him to do so. I am a lifelong registered Democrat and would either change my party affiliation or begin a Democrats for Ari Fleischer campaign and I know many people who feel the same. New York desperately needs the leadership Ari Fleischer has demonstrated almost daily at the President's press conferences. Also, I am voting for the President in the next election. Please let me know what you think. I would like to say that Ari Fleischer is an intelligent man and an awesome press secretary he will truly be missed when he leave's the white house in July.He has made a HUGE impact on me and other people's lives. We will truly miss u Ari may God be with u and your family and best of luck in the future.WE LOVE YA & WILL MISS YA!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!. Congratulations on your recent marriage! Your wife has her work cut out for her...knowing that half the country is attracted to her husband. Being press secretary has been a great preparation for marriage,I'm sure. May she be so lucky as to receive the same honorable treatment. You have the U.S.'s love and respect and we will miss you. Ari Fleischer IS the man! This guy is like one of the most professional people I've seen. I just heard he is leaving his position at the White House and this has me at a loss. He is a very interesting person and demands respect. He is the best at what he does and no one will match him in my opinion. Mr. Fleischer, I admire the way you handle yourself with the press. It is an extremely stressful job, and I'm sure no one can blame you for leaving. Let it be known, that you handled yourself without being flustered, but with dignity for yourself and our President. I appreciate the job that you performed, and your service to our country. I would like to extend my gratitude and best wishes to Mr. Fleisher for his excellence as White House Press Secretary. Truely his services were invaluable and I wish him the best. Ari: You are an inspiration to all of us who believe that the press has, for far too long, gotten away with wagging the tail of the dog. Your unwavering calm, courteousness and professionalism in the face of such utterly sophomoric and insulting questions (most of which have already been asked in every possible variation of the English language) is truly impressive. It is embarrassing to the American public that the media, rather than looking for facts and information, is only looking to stir up the latest scandal or controversy, even where none exists. Did these people even go to college? Read history? How many words in the English language will they continue to bastardize? example: "agreeance." I always thought the proper word was "agreement." So much for my English teachers. We are sorry to see you go but wish you well in whatever path you choose for yourself. You are a credit to your President and the nation. Ari: A man of your quick wit and intelligence will be missed. Good luck in your future plans. I was so disappointed to learn this morning that you would be stepping down as Press Secretary. I have a great respect for you and the way you handle the press corp. I find you to be very loyal and I do like your subtle sense of humor. I wish you all the best in your next venture. A man of your quick wit and intelligence will be missed. Good luck in your future plans. dear ari, i am so disappointed that you have resigned ! not that i think they deserved you anyway. well it's certainly their lost! i am going to miss you a lot i am so in love with you! i plan to name my baby ari alexander(due in aug.) i just love watching & listening to you i don't even care what you're talking about i think that's the worst news since sept.11 for me and i didn't even know you got married! anyway congratulations to you and yours and i know you'll make a wonderful husband. Ari, You will be missed. Ari, your announcement today is sad - but you have served the President well. I am so impressed by you - how you could respond effectively, and with so much humor is so admirable. I will truly miss your moments shared with Helen Thomas!!! HILARIOUS! God bless and best of luck. Dear Ari - I wanted to add my best wishes for your future, and to say that I too am sorry to see you go. Although I understand and commend your desire and decision to spend more time with your new bride, I truly feel you were an asset to President Bush, his administration, and our country. Like many others, I found myself mesmerized by you as you conducted briefings and thought many a time on how difficult a job you must have during these extraordinary times. You handled yourself with class and intelligence. Thank you for sharing your gift with us; we, as a nation, have been lucky to have you. THIS GUY IS GREAT. I REALLY HATE TO SEE HIM GO. HE IS 100%BETTER THAN THE LAST ONE WE HAD. I WISH HIM ALL THE BEST. HOPE WE CAN SEE HIS WIFE BEFORE HE LEAVES. THANKS ARI. Man this is the most famous guy in the world with my same name!!! (Ari) How can he resign??? Now my name's not famous anymore, unless Ariel Sharon shortens his, but I wouldn't hold my breath. To all the other Ari's out there, it was a good thing while it lasted wasn't it? Thanks, Ari I think Ari Fleischer has done a great job. You have been our magnificent President's messenger since the beginning, and there NO ONE who could have done a better job. Every time you had to face" the Creeps" of the press I admired you with all my heart, for your gentlemanly demeanor and your calmness in the face of such unnecessary viciousness. To be continued... On the other hand you must be so glad to have served the best President America will ever have-you can tell him, Ari, that he must continue to be good and true and at the end of eight years nobody will want him to leave. May I wish you and Mrs. F all possible happiness and love always. Shock and Awesome! You are the best of the best. I thank you for a wonderful job done for the Bush Administration. Ari or whomever can pass this to Ari, I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of your resignation today on CNN. My wife and I have been some of your biggest fans. We have been awed by your ability to handle such media hostility, keep your cool, and even put them in place at times. All of this during the most turbulent of times. I am 46 years old. I cannot remember any person in your position having to manage the "flaming liberal vampire media" during so many horrific events in such a short time. You have our utmost respect and gratitude for your contributions to our country, to our society, and to sanity in the insane world of media relations. We wish you the absolute best in whatever you decide to do. May God bless you! Dear Mr. Fleischer: I wish to commend you for your service to President Bush, as well as your outstanding abilities and professionalism in what has to be an unbelieveably demanding job. I understand that you are recently married. Congratulations. I am sure that this has been instriumental in your decision to leave the post of Press Seciratery. I only wish you could remain in place until the conclusion of the upcoming election. Your services during this important time will be truly missed. But whatever you do, I wish you the best in all your upcoming endeavors. God bless you for your service to your President and your country. Just a note to say I am sorry you are leaving, you do a fantastic job with the reporters who can be a little bit frustrating some days, a bit of humor and a smile works well. All the best in your new challenges, I know you will do well, especially with a new bride to be there for you. Best wishes, I can't believe you are leaving us Ari. I am distraught here lamenting your resignation. I love Scott but I just don't think anyone else can patronize Helen like you can. Can you at least come by the briefs and keep her in her seat? As a proud Republican and as a Proud American, I'm going to miss Ari. He did his job well and he represented our President very well. I hope that his replacement will be Victoria Clark. She has the same qualities and she has proven that she can represent President Bush very well. she can handle the press with no problem and she can certainly handle the ultra liberal hawks who are out to twist what President Bush is really trying to say or demonstrate. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my appreciation for the fine job that Ari has done and Go Bush, Mr. President, your doing a great job. I heard about Mr. Fleischer leaving his position. I know since he already announced it it's probably too late but hopefully we could sway him to come back ASAP if we do a petition and send it to him. Hate to see him go, he's one of the best Press Secretaries I have ever seen at the White House, let's hope he comes back in 2004. But in any case, whatever you do Mr. Fleischer, I wish you the best of luck in your business life and your family life. P.S. Please come back in '04 :) It is unfortunate that a man an intelligent, eloquent and in control is stepping down from the position of press secretary. He was able to stay calm and un flappable during his commission at the White House. He will never be replaced. I wish only for his success and occasional glimpse of him in Westchester when he is settled in his new life there. But I have always wondered...boxers or briefs...or tighty-whitys? Congratulations on a a job done extremely well. You and your bride have earned a relaxed and blissful life. ARI is the calm in the mist of many a storm!!! His voice alone seemed to soothe this country in the height of disappear. A friend just called and told me , "your hero is leaving his post" God help us when our eloquent voice is no longer heard. We know the power of a voice (Orsen Wells) This man single handily kept our country from complete hysteria. God bless!!!!! Would you consider leading this country after G.B.?? Well....my lunchtime will not be the same without you, Ari! Thanks for giving me a reason to tune into the press briefings. Your composure, intelligence and wit have been an inspiration to me. You leave very large shoes to fill. May God continue to bless you in all that you do! Dear Ari, great job! I am sorry to see you go - very sorry - I was counting on you to keep "the wolves" at bay - best wishes for a wonderful future - keep your fan club posted as to happenings -Thanks for super work you have done for President Bush and all of us who listen to radio and watch news on TV (well, I don't watch much news on TV -can't stand the liberal interpretation - so I go to internet and don't have to see faces and smirks !) You are a fine man, Ari. The ease, grace, skill, and patience you always displayed spoke of your inner strength and intelligence. Yet, you still managed in trying times to deal with difficult reporters with dignity and humor. I don't know when I have been more sad to see someone go. Perhaps never. But I certainly understand that this has to be a tremendously stressful job, one which you have handled with grace and poise. I say job well done, Ari. I say God Speed. Hopefully you will remain somewhat in the public eye for those of us who admire you so. I am an avid Ari fan and am saddened to see him resign from his position. I've come to enjoy watching him and will miss him deeply. Good luck in all his endeavors outside of the public eye!! I wish you all of the best in whatever you decide to do next. Yes, I'm a FLEISCHER. On my mother's side. We have to stick together-there aren't many of us left! I've always been happy to say "I'm a Fleischer, too". You've done a wonderful job and you can be proud of what you've accomplished. Way to go, FLEISCHER!!!!! Ari, you have been an asset, not only to the White House, but to the entire United States of America. Press briefings will never be the same. Your calming nature yet direct comments have been very comforting during a trying time for our country. However, I wish you every happiness in whatever the future holds for you. Hugs and kisses for Ari! Praise be to God, the man finally saw the light. The misinformation, secrecy, and outright lies finally got to be too much of a burden. I only hope that he can eventually be at peace with what he's done; by resigning, he's taken that first step. Send your best wishes to Ari@probush.com
